You start by walking on to the square that is second from the right, walk forward 1 square, walk left 1 square, walk forward 1 square, walk left 1 square, walk forward 2 squares, walk right 3 squares, walk forward 2 squares, walk left 1 square, then go straight until you finish crossing.
